The auto-assignment algorithm is a planning aid, not a decision-maker. Every assignment must be reviewed and approved by the assignor before it's communicated to any official. The tool handles the mechanical work; the judgment stays with you.

EasyAssignor works offline. Your official pool, your school conflicts, your season schedule — none of it goes to a server. It lives on your machine, in a file you control, no cloud account required.

Most assignors are required to use DragonFly or Arbiter by their state association. EasyAssignor is built to work alongside those platforms — bring game ratings and crew quality planning to your workflow without changing how you use your existing systems.
