Which tier is right for you?

A quick guide

Individual ($147) You are one person who independently assigns games for your local area. No one else in your operation needs the product. You cannot share this copy — it is legally and technically tied to your name and email.
Association ($347) You belong to or lead a recognized local officiating association — a named organization with formal membership — and 2–3 of your member-assignors need access. The association purchases this license as an organization, not as individuals. If a member leaves the association, their access ends.
District ($547) You coordinate officiating across a recognized geographic district with multiple assignors. Up to 8 member-assignors are covered. This is for one district only — if your operation spans multiple districts, contact us about Enterprise pricing.
Important note on sharing: Each copy is uniquely watermarked with the buyer's name, email, and order number in three locations — including hidden forensic metadata embedded in the file. Unauthorized distribution is traceable and constitutes copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 501 (up to $150,000 statutory damages per willful infringement). The Association and District tiers exist precisely for situations where multiple people legitimately need access.

Is the price per year or one-time?
One-time. You pay once and use the product every season — no subscription, no renewal, no additional charges.
Is there a refund policy?
All sales are final on digital products. If you experience a technical issue, email info@easyassignor.com and we will resolve it. Please review the product description and setup requirements carefully before purchasing.
When Basketball and other sports launch, do I pay again?
Yes — each sport is a separate license. Existing customers receive early access and preferred pricing on each new sport launch.
Can I upgrade from Individual to Association later?
Yes. Contact info@easyassignor.com and we'll apply the difference toward your upgrade. You pay only the gap between tiers.
Do you offer a setup session?
