I purchased but haven't received my file yet.

Python won't run on my computer.
Email info@easyassignor.com with your operating system (Windows or Mac) and what error message you're seeing. Python setup is the most common first-time hurdle and we'll walk you through it step by step.
The workbook shows formula errors.
This usually happens when rows are deleted rather than cleared. Email us your file and we'll diagnose the issue. Use Clear Contents (right-click → Clear Contents) instead of deleting rows to avoid this.
Can I share my copy with someone else in my association?
Individual Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared. If multiple people in your association need access, the Association License ($347) covers up to 3 current member-assignors. Contact us about upgrading.
